WHINAtec Unity Life Group (WULG) operates as a licensed insurance agency and maintains a network of properly licensed insurance advisors appointed under WULG and brokered through approved upstream broker partners.
Advisor affiliated with WULG:
- hold active state insurance licenses,
- are licensed and appointed under WULG,
- operate as independent contractors,
- and are subject to upstream broker, carrier, and regulatory rules.
WULG provides:
- workshop-based client engagement opportunities,
- structured education environments,
- compliance oversight and conduct standards,
- advisor coordination and client assignment protocols.
Advisor Participation Model
- Licensed insurance agents may apply to affiliate with WULG
- Appointments are subject to approval and upstream broker requirements
- Advisors participate in events under defined conduct and compliance rules
- Event attendees are assigned to participating advisors for follow-up
